The history of DOT
DOT was born out of an encounter before it was a method: that of teams who want to do well, but who lack time, clarity, and a human partner to move forward.
Here we start with listening : your context, your constraints, your words. We then translate them into simple, measurable decisions and execute them properly, explaining each choice.
